The goal of Fancy4Less.com is to provide a wide selection of products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 2 business days. Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability or on special order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Our products are shipped using standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or USPS.
• Fancy4less.com shipping fees are equal to UPS shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered.
• Shipments that are refused or undeliverable and it return to us, customer will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus shipping cost. UPS does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.
• The following is the transit times for the various UPS shipping methods:a. Standard Ground Delivery -- refer to blow picture for number of days in transit.
b. 3 Days Select -- 3 business days in transit
c. 2nd Day Air -- 2 business days in transit
d. Standard Overnight -- 1 business day in transitThe above options does not mean that the package will always be received the next day, two days, or three days as it only refers to the business days the package will be in transit.
Please be noted that UPS mostly just delivers on business days (Mon - Fri) excluding US Holidays. UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery available if requested.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Fancy4Less.com within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased ( excluding shipping charges) . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
